Before returning any products, you must email us at CustomerService@eWholesaleSunglasses.com for a return authorization number. Upon receipt of your RMA request, we will issue you a valid RA# which must be on the shipping label or your package will be refused.
Shipping returns is at your expense. Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method (a tracking number) with insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. A refund will only be issued if the item is in "NEW" condition and in it's original box and packaging. All returns will be inspected. Upon inspection approval your original payment type will be credited the original paid amount minus a 15% restocking fee and all shipping and handling fees (for original shipment or return shipment).

Yes! Our warranty ensures you will receive a new and undamaged product. Please inspect all items in your order for damage upon receipt. A industry standard damage rate is approximately 5% and even though we do inspect your items upon shipping we cannot always guarantee a perfect product. We do not warranty any items that received damages after they were received by the customer. If there are any damages upon arrival please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item. If your parcel arrived with damage you must keep the box, packing materials and entire package to be reviewed by the Insurance company. If you do not retain these items any damaged items may not be issued a refund or credit.
Please include your name and order number along with the damaged item style number and detailed description of the damage to CustomerService@eWholesaleSunglasses.com. If you can provide photographs of the damage via email it could expedite the process for approval. We reserve the right to request that the item(s) be returned to us for detailed inspection. Any returns to us are at the customers expense. If we determine that the item(s) are defective during our inspection we will either send a replacement or issue a merchandise credit.
